Gyarados has a Mega evolution, Milotic is the Pokémon that evolved based on beauty, which is a contest stat and contests use Mega evolution in a way. Mega Milotic makes too much sense not to happen. Not that I'm hoping for it. Heck, I'd rather have Mega Luvdisc just for shits and giggles.

Well they gave Gardevoir a mega, and not Gallade. It's not the first time a different branch of an evolution line was left out

Slowpoke evolves to Slowbro at level 37 or alternatively, to Slowking with a King's Rock.

I agree with Koh, it's kind of dumb-looking and I don't like it at all, but there's more than a few Pokémon designs I'm not fond of (especially amongst the mega evolutions) so it's just another one I'll have to bear with. Audino's nice though

I'd guess that it's physical attack and speed drop drastically, while on the other hand, it's special attack and defenses sky rocket. In other words, the idea is that it's a stationary turret or something. I could even imagine it rotating on it's tail to keep track of it's opponent.
