I disagree.

1. BAB doesn't overuse dithering, most of his stuff barely has any at all.
2. The dithering on the armor is not unrealistic. It would be impossible to keep metal armor in perfect, smooth condition. My only problem is that there appears to be multiple light sources: for the head it's coming from the left, and for the arm it's coming from the right.

Also, maybe BAB isn't a spriting God, but he is the best here.

2. So maybe tomorrow when I sprite a cow I should include the clumps of shit on it's tail because it's realistic to have a cow have clumps of shit on it's tail.

ADF is right about the dragon though, the jaw isn't aliened properly. And if you haven't realized it most of the works in the pic involve dithering.
Also I want to add that the stuff is great as usual BaB, I remember most of these from a while back.

Yes, I saw that he has used dithering in most of these works, but he uses it in a good way.

No, it's not a contradiction. I said it doesn't use much dithering, and it really doesn't, it's used sparingly.

2. You're blowing this way out of proportion. It's just some minor detail on a suit of armor. It's not like he put a fly licking its ass on the shoulder. Anyway, I don't want to be part of a flame war, or anything, so I'll stop by saying BaB, you're doing a great job, you should post your stuff more.

Also, yes, you are good, but not the best. Not by a lot. If I had to choose I'd say LilGrim and Pik are in the top.

I still disagree that the dithering looks bad, I think it's nice dithering.
But I do agree with the contradiction bit (barely), even though 'barely has any at all' does not mean 'doesn't have any.'

And LilGrim and Pik have very cool styles. I think LilGrim is definitely one of the best.
