So someone at Smashboards pointed out an interesting theory:
What if the build that was sent to ESRB wasn't the final build? I mean, Nintendo should've learned with X/Y that leaks are bound to happen anytime, so in case anyone dared to do that, the ESRB build lacked some of the characters in the game, perhaps including the ones that would generate the most hype (Mewtwo, Ridley, god knows what else).
So yeah, food for thought.

That's how I heard it, anyways.
From what I've read, it's that they view actual guns as being to violent.

With Bayonetta 2 being an exclusive Nintendo title, I'd consider her to fit within any requirements.

Nintendo SPD is aiding in its development, which should put the property at least close enough for a trophy considering the Rayman situation.

Hey now, I just said I think Duck Hunt Dog is stupid, I'm not going to be a baby about his inclusion. I'm honestly fine with any roster as long as I have my Dedede, Toon Link, and Ice Clim- ... oh, wait. SHIT.
Seriously though right now I'm just disappointed that I missed out on all the footage before it was removed by Nintendo. I seriously want to see how Junior plays. I don't suppose it's been uploaded anywhere else?
Cough Cough here you go
better hurry before Nintendo removes this as well.
What Rips am i doing next not sure?

Jr. is very strange... I thought the boxing gloves would be out and his clown car would be angled slightly, always hovering, but it isn't like that at all. The gloves only come out for most attacks, and instead of hovering slightly with the copter's propeller, Jr. kind of waddles around in the thing. It really looks like he's just hopping around in a potato sack instead of riding in the clown car. A great deal of the attacks involve the clown car's mouth (and in fact the car itself seems alive, as I noticed it blinking and having a wider range of expressions than previously shown). One move involves a cannon coming from the car's mouth and another is some kind of licking attack.
Overall he looks very slow and awkward to use, and whoever was playing as him is not very good because they were getting bounced a lot.
Shulk plays like Marth with some breakdancing type moves thrown in.

He's being played by the CPU. So, that explains that part.
It's hard to tell because the video is so fuzzy, but it looks like his propeller might be transforming when he's on the ground. It looks like it becomes little suction-cup feet or something.

Well, yeah. I of course feel sorry for him. Half the reason I wanted to believe every leak was fake was for this very reason. Not just for him specifically, but for his entire team. Remember there are a lot of people putting their hearts into this thing, not just one guy.

I serious hope the leak is fake in that case. I don't want to see a grown man cry if the person who posted those leaks actually did came from the game.

That sucks but I'm sure Sakurai already expects it in this day and age. It's hard not too when you're producing one of the most anticipated game of the year.

I bet Tetsuya Nomura would have it just as rough when Kingdom Hearts 3 gets developed further. Expect to see Photoshopped Stormtroopers and semi-concinving fan animations with a model of Axel taken from this site, guys.
