Could someone make a .ttf file of this?

Fairly obvious thread name. As of recent I've been using this "font" I've made that's generally based on the "Ubuntu Mono" font I use in my sheets but smaller. I've been making each letter pixel-by-pixel for the month or two I started using this, so I was wondering if anyone could make a .ttf file of it.
Also, the third row might not make sense and I guess I'd call it crowded, so just in case the "letters":
/\!?#@$%^&*_()-+=[]{}|",'.<>~`

Check out the web-based BitFontMaker2. It's basically a way to make simple pixel art fonts as TTF fonts.
You may have a fresh start any moment you choose, for this thing that we call "failure" is not the falling down, but the staying down. -Mary Pickford
