Nintendo has been making a killing with Amiibo as far as it seems. Certain ones sell out in MINUTES online, people bust down doors and form lines down sidewalks trying to get them.

In reality, I'm sure that a lot of places actually have amiibo that people are looking for, but it isn't helpful if the one you want is store pickup only across the country.


Nintendo will probably periodically rerelease certain ones over periods of time. Even if nobody wants them, people like MariothePlumber will keep Nintendo going strong by literally pouring money into their pocket.

I've only just got into collecting them. Already preorded three, two of which might be hard to find afterwards: Inkling, Paluetena and ZS Samus.
And as a regular Ebay user. The scalping for any Amiibo is freaking ridiculous, and scalping is against Ebay's rules too.

Want to get the Inkling Squid as well, but EB Games Australia doesn't have it sold separately yet for preorder. Only in the bundle pack.

As far as I know, the Inkling Squid is exclusive to the bundle and not planned to be sold separately.

Thought so. After seeing the images that turned out to be photoshopped: single box, and one that comes with the game.

Wanted to get the Fire Emblem as well, with no luck due to the ones i was looking for being sold out already.
Not to worry since that Figma Lucina is next on my figure collecting list, because it looks awesome.

That...might take a little while, based on the way things are with amiibo right now. You might be able to find the game cheaper than the amiibo at that point

I'm betting that Codename Steam and the new Fossil Fighters hit rock bottom prices this Black Friday due to their awful sales lol
also amiibo reprints in November for some reason. It just makes too much sense

i only needed one, but i wanted ness so bad i decided to pre-order two more at different shops so i could bet on different horses. they all came through.

actually, unless you have a Wii U, I think you'd be better off with the Lucina figma.
