The shading is banding.
For whatever reason, the 'A's are different sizes. In general, the letters seem to be crudely drawn and somewhat inconsistent.
The green shape has some roundness issues(jagged lines).

Disregarding the sprite for a moment, omni, try to keep all your pixel arts in one thread, this is general forum etiquette. You already have a thread for your pixel arts.


On to the sprite itself. I feel like if you explained what it is supposed to be we would have an easier time trying to help you improve it, i'm not really sure what it is right now?
