The spoilers are jQuery-based. There's a function that runs on page load that searches for each spoiler on the page and applies some JavaScript to them. If you try to click on a spoiler before the page finishes loading (or, at least, before the JavaScript triggers and enables them), you'll jump to the top of the page since the script that's supposed to fire hasn't been attached yet.
That's what I get for not checking after accepting the revisions. <_>

For those who haven't played the game (which could well include all of staff) it's good if you explain why it's a texture, just to make sure we have a legitimate reason to move it and it isn't just something subjective.
Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I was under the impression that we classified textures as things that wrap around 3D objects or used as special effects for the 3D things, or stuff that just belongs to models. These, even though they aren't pixel art, I'd say they are okay to be on TSR simply because they're loose 2D graphics that don't fit onto models or anything.
(I've played this game BTW, and these are in fact just 2D assets IIRC)
