smash3ds .tex files

I know that the tex files has textures and all, but is there a tool, script, or program that can extract these textures? Reason why i'm asking is cause I want to get the env textures ripped and have them on hand for future modeling use.

I just tried with Noesis, Brress Viewer, and ARCTool and none of these worked. Sorry.
