mario looks really unreadable on the side poses, what if they were like this



I did some pixel swaps to give him a more definite nose - though i think his head could be a little wider to accomodate his facial features better.

Also i painted the sprite like SMB3 did in the last two sprites, i think it's good to consider that.

Just me practicing with GraphicsGale's animation feature. Scruffy the Dog Man gets accidentally struck by lightning and becomes a skeleton, as is yearly tradition. C&C appreciated, as always~

EDIT: Also, I almost forgot to mention, sorry for the tiny size. There didn't appear to be a way to resize every frame automatically, and I didn't want to resize all 28 frames manually.

Mega Man's just had his face touched up by a pixel, he's there for reference. Light and Wily were both smaller than him and p.much just recolours of the NES sprites, so I did new ones altogether, Light's based on the X4 one. Roll is based on the MM10 and MvC2 ones.

This is slowly becoming less and less Wily Wars and more and more something of my own. Not to the point I'll bother reshading Mega Man or anything, though. I should reshade Light, still. And Roll definitely needs an entire re-do.

Anyways, credits to Valo too- he grabbed the Guts Man I had done and edited it to correct some stuff, I edited some stuff back, as a result it's probably the most polished of the bunch. I need to figure out how to make Oil Man's pose look decent, meanwhile. Wonder if I should give Cut Man and Ice Man entirely new poses, to fit with Elec Man and Guts Man being more based on The Power Fighters...

GutsMan looks amazing. I really like the Break Man edit, too. Play around with CutMan. See if you like a new pose better!

oilman looks too cramped to be readable, the mouth certainly doesn't read well.

Oilman's sprite seems to be based on his Archie Comics design. Which I prefer over his original fish lips, honestly.

Still good sprites though. Roll might need some tweaking, as she looks like a bird due to how those arms are positioned.
Then again, she did have those bird arms in MVC, which already looked weird to begin with.

I didn't know about that redesign, it certainly looks cooler but yeah, definitely needs some tweaking to make the scarf look more like fabric

I draw sprite recreations in animal crossing. Not sure if these count, because they're not my original work. But I redrew them in animal crossing. I have drawn hundreds of them in fact.

Hey guys, I'm new here, but I've started doing edits of metal slug sprites for the first time in close to 8 years.

I was lazy and used the same legs for both. Probably could refine them more but I think i'm losing my touch.
