Hello Everyone, This will be my first step on my long long road to be a pixel artist.

i'm 22 and i'm from south america. Pixelated art has always fascinated me but at the same time I have never taken the time to learn or see the work of others.. Until Now. After all this time about not knowing what to do with my life I finally come to a conclusion. I want to be a pixel artist and maybe later an Indie game developer. This journey will be hard because, first my English is not very good, second Pixel art in South America and especially in my country It's not well known (both a curse and blessing). And Third I haven't drawn in aeons, and sincerely I lost my touch, I'm not good at drawing right now.

I just bough GraphicsGale, but I think I should start first with Ms Paint. My knowledge about a such a simple program like Paint is almost zero. By this I mean I don't even know the basics nor the fundamentals. 

That Will Be my first step. Learn the basics and fundamentals (preferably on PAINT) Where can I learn this?

you seem promising. the first step to get better at pixelart would be to try yourself! we'll give you c+c to improve the pieces and keep you updated about pixelart techniques and basics.

there are tutorials scattered over the internet too, dont forget to search for all the references and tips you can, even if theyre outside this forum.

Basically everything Gors said; even if things seem difficult, never give up! We all started out as being not very good, but eventually we found our way through trial and error and enlisting in others' help.
