I guess I'm through with Black Sigil. Maybe I will get back to it to rip some backgrounds, but no characters or enemies. NPCs are either just standing around or change their direction even faster than in Astonishia Story. From what I've seen, they have like 4 or 5 frames per direction so I won't get all of their frames anyway. Main characters are even worse as every single one of them has a specific set of poses but not all of them are used. For the smaller enemies I have to lure them into different positions, capture attacks, etc. no thank you. Bigger bosses like Horror Body consist of three parts and all of them overlap each other and are also cut off by the screen. Dragon Rhys on the other hand was just an experiment in ripping difficulty and if there's no other method of getting the sprites, I'll leave it like this.
I also thought of joining the Ys Project, but for now I'll rip some more Lunar 2 and finish Borgan.

For some reason, Black Dragon Cave 2 is the first map in the dungeon, so there is no Black Dragon Cave 1.

I remembered that I can miscolour the tiles to separate them from the black. This sheet of mine has of course the correct palette =)

An old rip back from 2012. I remember that I resized the tileset + foggy map to 200% and imported both of it into RPG Maker XP to map over the fog. Also a candidate that needs some love (besides Borgan).

Nearly complete, but I have to check the VRAM for missing tiles and I guess the flipped tiles are created ingame instead of having their own place in the RAM.

Codes for Star Ocean (SNES), I'm pretty sure they'll come in handy =)
Edit: Welp, forget it, literally all the maps are already on vgmaps:

Well, I guess that means I have to find a new game... I always wanted to give Metal Max Returns (SNES) a shot anyway.

Metal Max Returns (SNES) is not really enjoyable for me, no idea where to go and the encounter rate (even on the overworld) is annoying. So I went back to Star Ocean and instead of maps, you'll get a tileset. I used vSNES for the tiles and also hard-ripped them, so I can get the animations and also take a look what's unused.

Tiny, but impossible to get if you don't use PSX-VRAM since the map uses fog.
