Have the ReDead (from any of their LoZ appearances) given you nightmares?

They were kinda scary, but nothing is as bad as the killer piano in the Ghost mansion level in SM64. You're just wwalking around looking for a coin when all of a sudden BAM, a grand paino with teeth jumps up and bites you.

Oh God, I HATE that thing. I still jump a bit whenever that thing starts to snap. I mean seriously, you're just mindin' your own, and BAM! All the sudden you're getting chased by a possessed piano. And it's not just how sudden it is, it's really loud, too. However, if you walk slowly enough, it doesn't move an inch, so it's all good.

Redeads did kind of creep me out but I'm pretty desensitised to scary stuff because I've spent most of my life watching campy horror movies
I'm the coolest.


Dead space isn't particularly scary but the moth-looking thing that goes around re-animating dead bodies scares the fuck out of me. I squealed like a bitch when I first saw it, but I'm scared of moths anyway :c

Yes, I most definetly had nightmares. I got swarmed by a horde of them in some. But whats worse, I had a fear of Dodongo's Cavern (I blame my cousin for playing Turok 2 when I was 13-14. Skinny dip in the lava pit? Yes please! ) and I absolutely panicked anywhere there was lava. But what's more jacked up. I have nightmares that I'm in that damn place, AND there are ReDeads on fire.

... No, that crap is not fun.

Traumatic experiences can linger lol. ReDeads don't even bother me anymore. The WW ones were... Lively. Except for that annoying as hell scream. I hardly have those dreams anymore, especially anything dealing with lava... Let's not go there. T'was scarred for life that day.

As far as their appearance goes, not really, due to the fact that the rendering on the N64 leaves out a lot of details from their artwork.

...whenever I go through an area with the ReDead, like in the Beneath the Well and Shadow Temple dungeons, I usually turn the volume ALL THE WAY DOWN! That sound effect when a ReDead catches you in its glance (which sounds like a shrieking woman) scares the daylights out of me.

In "Majora's Mask", I always wear the Captain's Hat or Gibdo Mask whenever I am around the Ikana area (Garo Hood has you facing a Garo Robe, and I just don't want to bother with them), but I turn the volume down during the Gibdo trade sequence.
