Made some Yellow Devil sprites.
Some explanation: When YD is darker (orange), he is in the background and only the hands hurt you. When he is yellow however, he hurts you bad.
And just to clarify: the pattern on the mockup is not his actual pattern.
I would like some feedback on this, especially his hands.
Also includes tileset.

Well I have taken some inspiration from that game (e.g.: moving with treads), but I'll see if I can recreate the front-facing and hurt sprites.

The first one, I'm thinking of two reasons: 1) the black is not shaded. Would probably help. 2) The credit logo is way too big. Its about 1/3 of the sheet.

The Second one is way too small. Maybe good enough for a game, but not really impressive enough to put up.

The Third one I'm guessing all that wasted space.

The 4th one the face kind of looks weird to me. Maybe the shading. Maybe the lack of a nose.

The 5th and 6th one, outside of edits, kind of look weird. His right leg looks more like a stump.

The last one I guess is Atari style? Either way, also too small. Maybe make more characters that style would help.

Just at a glance:

Metool: The helmet is way too big for the body. It makes it look odd.

Air Man: What is this based on? It looks odd and the bizarre design makes it hard to read.

Full Body Megaman: Loads of empty space. Also, what exactly did you make here? The whole sheet? Did you just recolor an existing pose?

Megaman Faces: Needs a lot of work.

Megaman full body: NES head pasted on a strange body. Not sure what the purpose of this is.

Small Megaman: Not bad. Just... small and incomplete.

Mettaur: might work on this one, might make a different one. I don't know yet.

Air Man: based on the Megamix variant, I'll touch it up a bit and expand it.

MMIII Weapon get recolor: yeah, I can see the problem with the empty space. It probably won't get accepted since it's a recolor. But if I get the will to do it, I'll recolor as many weapon get sprites as I can and bundle them up.

Mega Man mugshot: might also be the proportions and some weird angles (like his... ears?). I'll leave this alone, since it would take a lot of effort to make better and I've smoothened it out for my avatar (to be more exact, my avatar series, one for each account outside TVgR), so working on it would feel weird.

Mini Mega Man: I think I'll leave this one alone.

Atari Mega Man: I'll definitelly try to do something for this one. The pourpouse of this was to train making sprites without outlines. I've also made another one with the same pourpouse:
