Mario & Luigi: BIS Ripping Project
#76
That's what we did, yeah (see my last post for how I'd prefer you do it, for consistency). Unfortunately we don't know how Greiga Master ripped them, he said it was pretty complex though. I plan to eventually look into ripping them (maybe even a GUI viewer???), for my own curiosity if nothing else.

You can check out Yoshi Magic, seems to have an enemy viewer for BIS so that might be useful? Last I checked it was a bit buggy though and honestly GM's rips are easier to use.

Ok, but is it possible to do a more detailed version like this or even this? Its super useful to know how to use the Sprites when your working on something

Just tried out Yosis Magic and I noticed you can easily rip all Backgrounds (overworld and battle), im working on these now. For Battle, im just putting all on like 4 sheets like M&L: PiT did

You can add notes about animations yes, but preferably nothing too superfluous. I personally didn't bother with animation names since a lot of them are really similar or obscure and are hard to name, and for the most part I assume people can figure out how to animate them.

But yeah, if you want to do that feel free, just try not to add any unnecessary text or weird fonts like in the second one you linked.

So, uh... I just sheeted all the Toads, Bowser's minions, and Bowser's special moves. I might do more, but a lot of the sheets on the site right now aren't great.
