Hey I am not to experienced with ripping models from ds games.So it would be awesome if someone could help me and show me what to do.

The wii version has higher quality models. Why bother getting the DS ones?

Open the NDS file with Every File Explorer and try to Investigate on the names to find what you need and the according file format. (Google is your friend in this case)
