Some sprites i made for a game

So I created a whole bunch of sprites for a turn based RPG like old school final fantasy games. Wondering what you guys think...
These sprites include:
3 Russian Soldiers, Russian Sargent "Valentine Nightwalker" and Tank Commander Sasha Petrov
2 WW1 German soldiers and Flame Trooper
Captain Lonley's squad (Which contains Captain Lonley, Private Andersmith and Field Medic Davidson)
And 4 Generic Soldiers
THESE SPRITES ARE ABOUT 80% COMPLETE

These sprites are very low quality. Try to put more care and time into these.
Also, these sprites have no animation, and the different characters are just minor changes and color swaps.
Try harder next time.
