Screensaver ripping problem.

Hey. I'm having trouble ripping graphics from a rare 1994 PC screensaver I found off the internet. For some reason, I can't access them these .asa files. Any help on extracting them? Here's a file for an example.

Update: I'm now aware that there's actually stuff inside these files, like "Opusclok.exe", dev text, and other things. I'm trying to get those out of there so they can clearly be seen, and not just in hex text.
