No offense to any of the spriters in this topic, but this project REALLY needs a quality check.

I sincerely agree.

hopefully my sprites are up to quality Sick. Anyways, I have most the animations(except attacks, underwater, and a few poses) done. Just to update what I posted earlier.

hmm...I got to the attacks and now I'm sorta stuck. Since the swing effects have a lot more colors than the sword, it's sorta hard to pick what to use. All the sword attacks use the same effects(and color), except for meta knight's default attack(ground and air). So should I stick with the game's way of not changing anything? Should I recolor everything? Should I just change the default attacks like meta knight's? I uploaded an example so you guys could help.

In my opinion, I think you should recolor them. There were two reasons why HAL left some of the sword swipes the same throughout different actual swords:
1- They wouldn't have had to create a new palette or sprite
2- They were (and still are) lazy

Thus, in my honest opinion, I would recolor the effects so that it actually matches the sword.

True, I think I'll try to do both, like they did for Meta knight. I'll recolor the swings, but the spin attack and dash will stay the same. I don't want to break off the way they had it, even if it was just a result of being lazy.

Shouldn't the Wapods be different colors than the actual Waddle Dees?

It needs help. First and foremost, your icon for the sheet has an incorrect font. tSR sheet icons use Verdana, size 7, with no anti-aliasing.

Secondly, the sheet itself:
The lineart on the bottom wisp things on the Waddle Dees is poor, breaks out-of-style by having the black line disappear on some sprites, and has inconsistent shading/ anti-aliasing between the sprites.
The small Waddle Dees that appear when the pot starts spewing one out are out-of-style, namely: There's a black outline (his arms) inside the sprite rather than outside. The pot itself has out-of-style shading in that the light source should be coming from the top of the screen; You have it below the pot and at another point to the side of the pot. It's also missing anti-aliasing on its inner-outline.
