Hiya marioandsonicfan04!

All of Sonic Color's assets are stored within that "sonic2010_0.cpk" file seen in the screenshot you provided.
In order to extract the files from it, use the QuickBMS script below (tested and it works fine for me).
From there, you'll get a bunch of ".arc" files, and you can use a tool like BrawlBox to extract the files from those.
Also, in case you weren't already aware, the Models Resource has a Sonic Colors page with tons of models, you'll most likely be able to find what you need there!

Hope this helps, cheers!~

You have to use aluigi's QuickBMS program (https://aluigi.altervista.org/quickbms.htm). First, you open the application, then select the script, then the file(s) you are targeting, and then an output folder.

He only appears in pre-rendered cutscenes, he has no model in-game.
