So, turns out that 1: The specific textures I'm looking for (Like, the exclucive stuff) is a few layers deeper into the files than I thought
And 2: The Education Edition textures are in here.
Now, I haven't played Minecraft Earth that much, espessily recently, but I am preeeeety sure that those textures aren't really needed. And what's more is that they have multiple things refering toNintendo and XBox in here...
If anyone has some explanations, please let me know!
