Can you rip sprites from .jar/jad files?

Question 
I want to rip sprites from Ben 10: Power of the Omnitrix, but it is in the nokia and java format. Is it possible to rip files from these file formats? https://mega.nz/file/90YVAQwL#-EmEelDa7_...xTHAyD7DNs

Are they .jar files? If yes, you could rename the file extension to .rar and unpack them with Winrar or 7ZIP.

Well, when I tried to rename it, I got data, font, mf, class and midi files.. and yes it is a jar file
