help with .gmd format(gamemaker) tool inside

i need someone to try this python tool to see if you can rip sounds from gamemaker made games (like the cartoon network studios games like knd or billy and mandy)

this is for Star Wars: Dark Forces and Outlaws

its supposed for models,sprites and whatnot

i downloaded it but unfortunately i cant understand it so please could anyone with python knowledge try this?
