How to search by model type?

Sorry, really searched everywhere, couldn't find the answer. 

You can choose section when submitting, but I cant find a way to actually use that in searching. 
For example how filter results to only show models from "locations" section?

You can't - the section name is not included in the search query. If you want all "locations" models from a particular game, you can browse to the game itself but there isn't a way to search for all models in a particular section name across all games on the site.
