I am trying to convert a .tga image to .png. When I open it in GIMP, this is what I get:
![[Image: Wb4Fr.jpg]](https://i.stack.imgur.com/Wb4Fr.jpg)
The image has a transparent layer over it that darkens it.
If I remove the alpha channel, I get this:
![[Image: ZlNw0.png]](https://i.stack.imgur.com/ZlNw0.png)
The image is now severely washed out.
However, if I open it in LibreOffice Draw, it looks correct:
![[Image: Hr8hE.png]](https://i.stack.imgur.com/Hr8hE.png)
What is going on here?
I have uploaded the .tga here: https://mega.nz/file/E2p2lYZC#g7gk6YFpV9...JJw4m3rrKA
