The best way to enlarge this Sprites
#1
I used PSXVRAM and the screenshot technique. Whats the best way to zoom in without losing too much of its detail?

Please don't use the .WEBP extension for images, use .PNG if you want to save sprites on it.
In terms of quality, your posted image is screwed since .WEBP has a lossless variant and a lossy one. This one is lossy, which makes it just as bad as a .JPG image (smeary artefacts).
Compatibility for most graphics programs is also really bad and a reason why .WEBP is not accepted on this site (accessibility, usability, etc.)

And that's the original resolution. If you want to enlarge them for whatever reason use nearest neighbor.

Some programs also call this filter just "pixel".
If you enlarge your sprites by 200%, they will be 4-times bigger (2-times in height and 2-times in width).
If you use 400%, they will be 8-times bigger and so on.

Btw, from which game are these sprites?

Any graphics program is good.

Medibang Paint for Pro

Krita
https://krita.org/en/

PhotoFiltre 7
https://www.photofiltre-studio.com/pf7-en.htm

Nearest Neighbour is just one of the filters which you can choose from when enlarging your image (resampling).

This is what it looks like in PhotoFiltre:

Go to pixels and you can choose % from the dropdown menu. Set it to 200%, select "Nearest" and there you go, everything is enlarged without dropping the quality of the sprites.
PhotoFiltre is also the smallest tool of all three, which is another plus.

Here are some quality of life options while using it:
Tools - Image Explorer (deactivates the display at the bottom of the window)
View - Layer Thumbnail - Hide (disables the additional window right next to your image)
