How do I rip a sprite? What apps do you recommend?

(I already know, for PC games, I can look in the game files, but for some games, that's not the case.)
5 favorite games: Mario, Sonic, Zelda, Cell Machine and Minecraft.  Smile

It depends on the game you're wanting to rip sprites from. What game do you have in mind?

Some Cell Machine remakes, like CelLua.
CelLua is PC.
