Coraline .wii & .ds
#1
Hi, I have been trying for the past week to extract the .Wii files in the Coraline Wii game. I have reason to believe .Wii isn't even a real format because in the bgm & vo folders I can rename it to .fsb & easily open it with Foobar2000. The .Wii files I am trying to extract are the ones with the "Vaps" file header. If someone can post a bms script for me I would be very grateful! I will provide a sample file below. (There is also a large .Wii file without the "Vaps" file header) I am also interested in the .Ds script files aswell but am not as concerned about them as I am about the .Wii

Any help is appreciated! Have a nice day!

I am sorry that I can only upload 1 file because the limit is 1024 kb. It will also have to be a zip cuz I apparently cant upload .Wii

.zip   Coralinestuff.zip (Size: 106.93 KB / Downloads: 80)

ive managed to extract the ps2 files using an archived script but it only exports the files ending in m or s and its mostly just weird models that are really big in blender. The only character model i managed to find is coraline but she kinda looks a little strange.

I found an archive of an old xentax page about the .wii files and vaps, but sadly they didnt do bms scripts for the wii, they only made them for the xbox vaps header. https://web.archive.org/web/202310130645...hp?t=15595 Im not sure if the full thread is archived, so if you want to see the full thing then download the xentax warc and open it with replayweb.page (way faster then wayback archive) https://archive.org/details/forum.xentax.com_2023-08-15
today marks day 82 of doing this project.
