Login issue due to country

I attempting to login sprite resource but is unreachable as ERR_CONNECTION_RESET. Well, "Textures" tab not working now, and can't do it with VPN. I'm from Russia

We do not have any geo restrictions or blocks in place as a whole. It's possible the IP of the VPN you're using is banned for previous rule violations though. Are you not able to connect without the VPN?

I'm not sure what to tell you. This forum is hosted on the same server as the Textures Resource so if you can access one, you can access the other. Maybe try clearing your cache and cookies.

I can access at all except textures

Again, all of them are on the same server so if we were blocking you, you wouldn't be able to access anything. I don't know what's happening but it's something on your end.

due to "Roscomandzor" the cyber security to click login, redirects to textures resource to complete login from forum account, it blocks me such as Russia country. Only blocks https://www.textures-resource.com/ website and that's it.

That's very strange. Try logging out of the forum, clearing your cache/cookies for all of the Resource sites, and then logging in directly from Textures Resource.

We actually received an email 2 years ago from the Russian government that was attempting to have us remove content from the site under threat of blocking both the domain and our IP within the Russian Federation. I disagree with the concept of censoring the content on the site in place only to appease a government willing to censor information, and so we did not delete the asset. This was a very tricky moral dilemma at the time, as I appreciate the Russian people accessing the site, but we can't make this a case every time any government requests we censor ourselves.

Apologies, I wish I could be more helpful. I'm surprised a VPN is not helping, however.

I had completely forgotten about that email but that's almost certainly the cause. The IP of the site was likely different when it was blocked which is why you can still access the server but not Textures Resource specifically. If you try connecting from a VPN and post a screenshot of the error you're getting there, I can see if there's something I can do about that but obviously, I have no ability to bypass a block imposed by the Russian government.
