Here's my review for it:
Feet:
How could one be facing forward and the other one twisted backward.
Make them both facing to the front.

Chest:
The buttons on the straps are to long.
Make them that long but the last pixel make it green.

Hand:
Well is just shaped really odd.

Hat:
if you look at the hat of your ref it has a circle on top of the hat not a square.

Left Hand:
Is to wide.

His arm looks kinda... lopsided. Like, it twists over at his elbow.

And, on a side note, isn't he supposed to be pointing?
