...Not much effort put into it. It's just a copypasta of a bunch of pictures, very poorly made. White anti-alias in a purple background, which pixels are all broken, and awful pixel-art, text doesn't convince, etc.
And no, it wouldn't be cool if it were real.

In order for the boxart to believable it's gotta have a little more effort put into it

when you're working graphic design for a game developer and you're asked to make a draft the game's boxart, you usually want to make boxart that will make people want to buy the game
