Like I said before, TP was only a downgraded OOT engine

also j/w, how is it a downgraded engine
it has the same items and stuff so if anything, it's the same

the fact that you can only use two side items as a cost of minda <- see that? OOT could let you use three items at once while the devolpers sacraficed the third slot just so you could use minda in TP
not all of the items are the same
the whole twilight scenario took away almost half of what TP could have been

theres more that I could say but this is enough to sum it up
