3and (a couple of) the same songs
4and young link (with the same design by the way can't forget that)
5and the same characters
6and the same graphics
7and basically the same storyline (but instead of ganon insert majora)
8and to top it off, it was WORSE

going by your logic, oot and mm might as well have been the same game
