Someone else ripping a SMS/GG game that isn't me, Eddo or Techokami or a single sheet?
First off great rip. Second, yes put a GG and SMS that have completely different sprites but it is kinda of weird that the ports aren't as straight forward as they seem some of the time.
1) Different versions might share some of the same sprites but different on the other. Like Tom & Jerry, the main character sprites are similar except with a different palette but most of the sprites of the two versions could be considered different games if they didn't share music and the last/first level.
2) A straight up port might have sprites that the other version doesn't have (such as Deep Duck Trouble has a couple of sprites on the SMS that the GG version doesn't have)
3) An oddity that the game is identical or near identical on both versions with very little changes. Castle of Illusion on the GG is almost identical to the SMS (in fact when you play on an emulator, the game displays full screen) except the jump button, the year and the font. There are only like 12 games that are like this, the rest had major or minor changes.
An explaination is some games were released years after the SMS (whether by the company or not), a rushed version was made on the SMS and later fine tuned on the GG, a transition between the two (like Castle of Illusion) and just a port. A bit OT but for the ninja goal of your project, you can blame/thank me for being the driving force of it.
