Heya there, im quite familiar with the Tales of style, and i should tell you, its nothing like it.
first of all let me point out some errors, you used kid or female eyes, luigi is neither a kid nor a female (or is he? o.o)
second, the hands are to small
and the third is the shading is messed up.
these are just some errors, there are more, hmmm
the only good advice i can give you is, Observe.
seriously, just by observing the style, checking howmuch colours u can use, and all that boring stuff, you can most likely get it right the 2nd or 3rd time u try it.
