The fact that you don't have any shading (rather, you have lighting and an outline) on the hair gives it a pillow-shaded feel to it, as well. Her arms aren't shaded consistently and they both are shaped weirdly. Her upper torso is lacking depth, as well.
The most important problem I see is the lineart. The way you have it, no amount of shading can un-flatten things like the bottom half of her tail and her hair.
