While I wouldn't mind, I'd change a few things.
- While everyone is capable of heading their own project, there are no real 'teams', everyone is obligated to assist anyone else, but individuals have full control over what happens to their own project.
- People can join as 'helpers', giving them the official ability to C+C ideas and engines, help with plot, finding or making resources, etc. There'd be an award at the end for the best helpers. Project leaders are also helpers by default.
- Everybody works on an aspect of the project simultaneously. We all help eachother write and overarching plot, then characters, then weapon systems, etc.
In short, I'd like to downplay the 'competition' aspect in favour of everyone being able to help eachother, and as a result the RPGs have a much higher chance of actually being finished. As harsh as it sounds, no one is going to be able to finish an entire RPG on their own. Assistance is vital.
If you guys are cool with those changes, I'd be happy to oversee~
