the first woman's neck looks very long, and her eyes look very small. She has pretty big shoulders, too.
the second one looks better but his (?) right shoulder is too long and straight, it almost looks broken. I'd remove those dots below his eye too.
the girl with khaki shirt looks cross-eyed (? It's very weird right now). Increase contrast on her shirt. Also, don't use the same template for different people, it'll look lazy.
