New stages

Not too sure about the ARK stage, as Starfox already covers the space levels really. ARK seems to be more of Shadow's thing, and we don't seem to be using him as a playable fighter.

While I agree that the ARK shouldn't be a stage because of Star Fox, I don't think that a stages should have to be levels from a playable fighters game. Heck in SSBB you had the Electroplankton stage and the Animal Crossing stage and that game didn't have one character from either game playable.
