I know, it's Heinermann's. However, my method is far from simple. I use a total of three files. One with the official names of the stickers, one from a FAQ which keeps track of the power and who can use the stickers, and one with all the official file names in the right order. Then I also need to find the file names, which, luckily for me, can be done instantly in Vista by entering part of the name in the search box.
So, after that, I put the sticker on the sheet, aligning them on the 16x16 grid, having the top-left part of the original image on a multple of 16 (that is, if there is a line of empty space, this empty space will also be counted in). If you turn on a grid of 16x16 and compare it to an original sticker (with the file name given below each sprite) you can see that the sticker is aligned in the same way.
But that's all just technical talk. Base line is, both Heinermann's sticker viewer and my assembling of the sticker previews can easily be generated by the use of a script. However, due to the irregular sizes of the stickers and the fact that the stickers must be placed on one image makes it impossible to automate the whole process.
