Maybe for his Up-B, he could do some sorta Paintbrush helicopter...
- Also, I'd really like to see him utilize Shadow Mario. If not transforming into Mario with a completely different moveset, perhaps he could transform into him during some of his moves (like in Jump Super/Ultimate Stars). He would become Shadow Mario for a split second to unleash a certain attack. Or maybe during charged Smash Attacks.....Charged B attacks?......
- Maybe his FS could be S.Mario dragging his paintbrush around, leaving trails of harzardous paint on the ground and in the air that does minor damage and flinching. A time limit restrains him from doing too much (maybe about 10 seconds). He'd also have the acrobatics like those flips and things he and Mario does on Sunshine. It would be like drawing on the screen with a character....You could probably do without the acrobatics.
-I was going to say that his FS could also be Megalegs, but I think it has a bit more potential as a stage...
Bowser Jr. is slightly taller (I think), has a cuff on his ponytail, a smaller nose, and has the neckerchief(spelling?) that transforms him into Shadow Mario. Hope that helped a bit; I still get them mixed up sometimes
