I figure I'll just through my own ideas in here...
B: Sonic Roar - Basically his only unique attack other than the paintbrush abilities. Charging the attack is like Marth's B, button release unleashes the attack.
Side-B: Shell Toss - I'm thoroughly enjoying and supporting the previously mentioned shell toss ideas.
Down B: Spike Defense - He ducks into his shield for protection, shield break if you wait. If you use while moving, you'll slide slightly.
Up B: The helicopter thing is a cool idea, but maybe you should rapidly tap the B button to rise....
