Assist Trophies and Pokemon

I think Deoxys Attack Form could work if it was like this:

Deoxys forms
Attack Form: Randomly moves around the stage at rapid speed for 5 seconds (does not pass through walls), damaging all opponents it passes through for 1-3 damage (no knockback), then stops and immediately causes a shockwave around itself with high damage and knockback but short range.
