That sounds like a plausible idea for its Speed form, but it would seem weird to have the Attack form using speed attacks.

Or maybe instead of moving around at rapid speed, Attack Deoxys could move around covered in a purple aura that damages players on contact (like Groudon but less damage)? Then the shockwave part.
