No he doesn't, he's a guest character who hasn't had very many games since the genesis era. It's the same reason why the Battletoads and Rick taylors are in this game to. To tell the truth, I can't see myself making this without Jim, he's the only Video Game character I like as much as Sonic, I watched the cartoons all the time.
