Okay, another one which might make you want to shoryuken my ass into the milky way.
Mona
Yes. A third tier character. Sure she's popular, but she's not really that kind of girl you might ever see in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Ever. But she's a girl, so it's okay.
Names of the following attacks are tentative, as they are named after the name of the series of microgames of each game.
Up Smash: ??? (Hot Dumpling)
Mona pulls out a hot dumpling, only to throw it straight up in the sky. Yes, dumplings are hot.
Forward Smash: ??? (Interview)
Mona pulls out a microphone, hopefully shoving it up someone's face.
Down Smash: ??? (Ice cream drop)
Mona accidentally drops an ice cream. I don't know what kinds of damage could result from this, though.
B: Cute Cuts
Mona pulls out her bass guitar, and hits a few notes. Pulling out the bass guitar will cause hit damage, sheathing it would as well. Each note played would send damaging cuts to the side she faces, similar to Chikorita, but with less range, while the rest just gives some stun. Attack goes on until B has been released, or the short riff is finished.
^B: Chearleading to Victory
Mona just does an extra backflip or frontflip, automatically footstool jumping the first person she comes in contact with.
>B: Strange
Mona hops on her scooter, quite similar to Wario.
vB: Mini Spin
Mona spins a pizza, throwing it in the air, towards the player. After the throw the pizza is controllable as long as B has been held, but only in the left or right directions (not up and down for obvious reasons).
Final Smash: Mona Pizza
Mona puts on some roller blades and tries to serve everyone with a slice of whoop-ass! Basically she moves faster, but is also harder to control. All attacks are pretty much the same except for the forward special, which gets replaced with a dash attack. When moving past an opponent, said opponent will trip.
