I was using Dolphin, I think you should be able to rip them with it.

Playing it on PC? OMFG, no. If there is somewhere a tool to export this unknown Data Types of Characters, Monsters, etc. as something usable, i would use it (especially I want to rip the Dialogue Faces of the Characters) but to play it on PC is not really possible for me (there are sure compatibility problems, slowdown, crashes or something like this, i think you know what i mean).
