I sing a lot, which doesn't necessarily mean I'm good at it, but I can give you a few hints. I'd say you're on the right track, but of course still need a lot of practice if you want to base your "talent" on singing. You're a little off-key at parts, and sometimes you don't sing at the same tone as the guy, but that's all fine and not really something to worry about obsessively. You also look too tense - relax, cool down.
Like most arts, all you can do is a) hope you have some secret, innate talent, and b) practice. There's not much more to it. Just remember voice does have limitations, and as such, sometimes "lowering that octave" isn't quite possible. Most singers focus on a certain scale and stick to it since otherwise they tend to suck. You could always try voice training if you want to seriously master your vocals, and I do believe you have lots of potential, so go for it if you want.
