Super Power does not seem like a real recovery move to me. Maybe I'm just to use to the animation being a hulking mass of debris coming up from the ground and smacking the other side of the screen.
Looking at the side B, maybe we should base it more off of the clones from the movie. If Deoxys is interrupted during this attack the double team clones fall to the ground as lifeless debri, mainly just taking of space on the field.
I also love the down B, minus the increased damage part, which does not make a lot of sense to me imo. If anything damage should be halved. To make up for this, Deoxys moves and attacks incredibly slowly, maybe to the point where the opponent has the opportunity to smash you while you trying to attack him. This can make it not abuse-able while still allowing you to be able to injure your opponent.
