@Ton, I think too many of those loop songs are too important to be just loops. Especially Dedede's theme. Most of them would do better as actual stage music, or as parts of medleys in stage music. Though I think Luigi's and Yoshi's fit perfectly.

For Bowser, I think one of his Mario Party songs might fit better.

EDIT: BTW, if I wanted to help out by doing some simple .org stuff, would it actually be helpful? .org is the file format used in Cave Story, so it's limited to mostly basic wave synths.
