Taken from ESRB's online ratings guide:
"TEEN
Titles rated T (Teen) have content that may be suitable for ages 13 and older. Titles in this category may contain violence, suggestive themes, crude humor, minimal blood, simulated gambling, and/or infrequent use of strong language."
Brawl and Melee were both rated Teen. Travis can still be himself to a point without us stepping past the T rating boundary. To be honest, we COULD have the suggestive katana charge and still fall under the T rating criteria. I myself don't think we need it, but regardless. If Koopaul wants us to follow Nintendo's example, well, we actually are in this case.
Not that this game would actually be rated by the ESRB, hahaha.
